Great app until...

This was a great app until I get message saying that what I have is corrupt and that I need to trash it and re-download from the App Store. When I go to download it, I’m asked to pay $9.99…again! What? Please advise. I like your product, but I don’t think it’s my fault the app version I had was corrupt.
